We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind after an order has been delivered.

✅ Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges for eligible items that meet the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

We understand that sizing or fit may occasionally not be perfect. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn and unused.
The item must be returned in its original condition.
Original tags should remain attached where applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number together with clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include an exchange or another appropriate remedy where required by applicable law.

Handcrafted Products

Many Mokosh Threads garments are handcrafted or produced in small batches by independent artisans in Eastern Europe.

Slight variations in embroidery, stitching, fabric texture or colour are part of the craftsmanship and make every garment unique. These natural variations should not be considered manufacturing defects.
